considering there was a holiday - easter, which created some public holidays and probably a backlog, delivery was pretty reasonable. if only australia would allow me to import the worming meds also.

I was out of town whn my order was delivered, they would not just leave it on the door step. I emailed to see what could be done to get my order, the associate helped to cancel my order and had me go back to Petbucket.com and reorder. I also had to add an extra product. Both products arrived at my house faster than the original order did! I am very pleased with the service and the fast delivery!! Thank you!
