Awesome service. I placed my first order a few months ago, but I did not realize that I signed up for automatic, recurring orders. So when I received my reminder email saying that my next shipment will go out in the near future I panicked since I will not need another years supply of the heart worm treatment. I could not change this recurring order so instead I cancelled it and send a message to PetBucket. What a response! I had an email answer the next day. The customer service manager also send an email checking if all was ok. Well, needless to say: I will purchase the product again from PetBucket, but this time I will pay attention and make the correct selection for the automatic shipment to be shipped. One less headache for me to have to track! Keep up this great service.
