You don't need RX for Nexgard on some countries. E.g Australia. You will receive excatly the same product. It will be either Australian or European version of Nexgard,

My Husky was up in the mountains last year in the summer and we found a tick on him. From the size of it the tick must have been on him for a day or two! We went to the local vet and explained everything. We told him that we give him Sentinal to stop this from happening. The vet explained that Sentinal doesnt prevent ticks but Nextgard does. We purchased Nextgard and have not had a tick issue since. So far we love the medication!
